Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical requirements.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to the event team as needed.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
• Coordinate guest services with clients, vendors, and team members for events, including arrival experience, transportation, signage, and displays.
• Assist with conference room turnover, meeting support, and event logistics as directed by senior team members.
