Job summary

Encore Global in Atlanta is seeking an on-site Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work under the direction of an Operations Manager and collaborate with hotel staff to deliver smooth events.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and accurate paperwork, including Navigator entries and invoicing support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position within 60 days of start date.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues as they arise.
• Record orders and complete system entry accurately.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors to ensure seamless events.
