Job summary

Encore Global in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment and ensure total customer satisfaction. You will report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, working on-site at events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment.
• Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and interact with staff/vendors.
