Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Handle equipment issues and troubleshoot with available tools and software as needed.
• Complete equipment entry and paperwork accurately; interact with staff and vendors as required.
