Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will meet with guests on site, ensure equipment is working properly, and maintain strong client relationships throughout events.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, adherence to procedures, and accurate equipment management. The position emphasizes customer service, professional communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Understand and apply company processes and paperwork accurately.
• Assist clients to finalize invoices and manage equipment sheets.
