Qualifications

• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork; coordinate with staff and vendors as needed.
