Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. You will guide a technical team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction, and participate in location administration as needed.

The role reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager and requires overseeing event technology, training staff, and maintaining Encore’s service standards across venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years audiovisual experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities for equipment setup, refresh, and removal.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications for events are coordinated.
• Performs setup, operation and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
