Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will oversee the technical team to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction, and may assist with site admin duties to support onsite operations.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality and 3-5 years of AV experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service or hospitality experience.
• 3-5 years experience with audio-visual systems.
• Must complete training and certifications within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to management and venue teams.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and proper communication is established for event management.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore standards; mentors new hires.
