Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an Event Technology Coordinator to build and maintain the registration websites, mobile apps, and data systems powering our events. You will own the technical configuration behind every registration site, including platform setup, data structures, integrations, and live troubleshooting, while growing technical expertise on the Events Team.

The role requires comfort with learning new software platforms and a passion for accuracy in multi-system

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Trello, Wrike, Asana, or similar).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight and weekend trips, to support onsite event registration technology.
• Comfortable learning new software platforms.
• Strong project and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to track data accuracy across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure registration websites, mobile event apps, and onsite check-in systems using ADF's event technology platform (currently Cvent).
• Structure registration forms, session logic, and data fields for multi-track, multi-day events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot live registration sites and event apps throughout each cycle, including content updates and push notifications.
• Build integrations with other systems (payment processing, database exports) and manage data imports/exports between platforms.
• Build reports and dashboards supporting event and departmental leadership; audit records regularly for data accuracy.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for platform functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Research new platform features and recommend workflow improvements.
• Document technical processes and maintain reference guides for the Events Team.
• Onboard new Events Team members on the registration platform.
