Job summary

Unbridled is seeking an experienced Event Technology professional to build and tailor registration websites and mobile apps, manage onsite badge printing, and support a range of event tech solutions for clients. The role requires hands-on Cvent experience, a strong foundation in event planning, and a passion for delivering seamless attendee experiences.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, lead discovery calls, and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

5+ years in event planning or event technology.
Hands-on Cvent experience with registration builds.
Experience building registration websites and mobile apps.
Strong HTML/CSS and general web tech aptitude.
Excellent client-facing communication and project management.
Proficiency in Excel for attendee data management.

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and manage event registration websites, mobile apps, and onsite solutions.
Lead complex Cvent builds with multiple paths, sponsor portals, and waitlists.
Develop highly customized registration experiences with advanced platform capabilities.
Lead client discovery calls to understand objectives and propose tech solutions.
Own end-to-end project management from kickoff to post-event reconciliation.
