Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Technology Coordinator to join our Event Technology team. You will work with internal teams and clients to build and manage registration sites, event websites, and mobile apps supporting corporate meetings and incentive programs.

Occasional on-site travel (2–3 events/year) is required, with a fully remote work environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event technology or corporate meetings, strong Cvent experience (including Cvent Flex), and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event technology or corporate meetings/events
• 2+ years of Cvent registration build experience, including Cvent Flex
• Experience building event websites and mobile apps (SpotMe, AttendeeHub, or similar)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Cvent, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
• HTML or web design experience is a plus

Responsibilities
