Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to set up, operate, and break down audiovisual systems in hospitality venues. You will troubleshoot issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure client satisfaction throughout events.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to meet training/certification deadlines. Expect irregular hours per event schedules and on-site work in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Mandatory training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and manage client relationships on site.
• Follow company processes and complete accurate systems entry and paperwork.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure successful events.
