Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate AV equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client relations on site.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors; assist with invoices and payments.
• Follow company processes and complete paperwork accurately.
