Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. You will manage on-site events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining safety and security standards.

Role requires 2–3+ years of AV and hospitality experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You may work irregular hours and travel to multiple venues as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training/certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships on site.
• Mentor and coach other Technicians in Encore’s service philosophy.
• Complete required systems entry and paperwork accurately.
