Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Omni Atlanta Hotel in Centennial Park seeks an Event Services Concierge to be the primary on-site liaison for event planners and attendees. You will ensure equipment and networking setups function properly, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear client communication throughout the event.

Responsibilities include checking rooms, greeting clients, documenting changes, reviewing invoices, and assisting with AV setup as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' audiovisual/hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms before events to ensure equipment and networking info is set.
• Greet clients and ensure satisfaction with Pinnacle Live equipment and networking.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to document on-site changes.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain signatures on invoices.
• Provide ongoing communication with client throughout the event.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment; engage technical staff as needed.
• Maintain communication with technical staff regarding client needs.
• Assist in setup/strike of AV equipment when time allows.
• Report lost, stolen, or damaged equipment to management.
• Ensure company areas are clean, organized, and meet standards.
• Continue to develop audio/video/networking skills.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
