Job summary

Party Reflections, Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking an Event Consultant to respond to inquiries, assist walk-in clients with rental needs, prepare quotes and reservations, and ensure a positive experience from inquiry to order.

This is an in-office role with occasional off-site client meetings and networking events. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a relationship-driven or service-based industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of event rental equipment or event production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing timely, professional, and helpful service.
• Assist walk-in clients with product questions, event rental needs, and small to mid-sized orders.
• Guide clients through the rental process, helping them identify products and quantities for their events.
• Build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships through attentive communication and follow-through.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability details, and general guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
• Refer inquiries needing larger orders or specialized assistance to Account Executive.
• Prepare accurate and organized quotes and reservations reflecting client requests.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding quotes and unsold inquiries to encourage next steps.
• Process customer payments and apply to orders.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and pricing structures.
• Maintain accurate client information and order records throughout the sales process.
• Showroom Support: help maintain an organized showroom and assist walk-in clients in navigating it.
• Share information and collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams.
• Learn from colleagues and apply feedback to improve knowledge and sales skills.
