Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create Mood Boards using PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with event diagrams and client-focused sales.

Responsibilities

• Field inquiries via phone, text, web requests, and emails.
• Make outbound calls to update client information and generate new leads.
• Showcase products in Mood Boards.
• Greet clients in the Design Center.
• Enter and maintain customer data and sales information accurately.
