Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking an Event Consultant to serve as the primary contact from inquiry to day-of-event, guiding clients through rental options, logistics, and design solutions while coordinating with sales, operations, and leadership teams.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, manage event details in our rental system, and help ensure flawless execution, strong customer experiences, and growth for the business.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and rental management systems.
• Detail-oriented with data entry and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering inquiries and processing orders.
• Build relationships with clients and strategic accounts through responsive communication.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend rental products and design solutions.
• Develop and manage rental contracts through various consultative channels.
• Enter client information, rental items, and event details into the system.
• Coordinate final event details including payments, delivery, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Troubleshoot challenges and maintain client satisfaction.
• Promote showroom visits and design appointments for business growth.
• Interact with clients to gather feedback and improve service quality.
• Support office operations and walk-in clients.
• Attend industry events to strengthen relationships.
