Job summary

THETEAM is seeking an Event Site Manager within the Solutions Group to lead projects from early concept through installation, coordinating with Sales, design, and operations.

You will manage client communications, timelines, and vendor quotes, ensuring deliverables meet site and client requirements. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interface with clients and build rapport across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing opportunities from pre-contract to contract execution.
• Flexible, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 5–10 years in installation with growing responsibility.
• Experience in print and fabrication production and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage client communication, persuading clients to favorable conclusions using best practices and technical solutions.
• Cross-functional work with sales, estimating, planning, design, and contracts to deliver build and install plans.
• Review project solutions against client needs and site surveys to determine manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Lead project efforts until contract execution.
• Produce schedules and timelines for manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
• Define project deliverables relative to offerings (scoping projects).
• Manage estimates and quotes from vendors, partners, and subcontractors on site.
• Provide status reports to internal stakeholders on pre-contract projects.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality projects within timelines.
• Conduct off-site tasks like site surveys, installation oversight, and client walkthroughs.
