Job summary

MTB Event Rentals is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and coordinate the installation of rental equipment from site inspection through execution. You will visit venues, assess requirements, calculate labor and materials, and develop detailed installation plans to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in event rentals, strong math and planning skills, and excellent communication with customers, sales, and installation crews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working for an event rental company is required.
• Strong understanding of event installations and logistics.
• Ability to assess an event space and translate project requirements into a clear installation plan.
• Strong math, measurement, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting site inspections at a variety of event venues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to evaluate event venues and determine project requirements.
• Measure event spaces and assess installation needs.
• Calculate labor requirements, material quantities, equipment needs, and estimated installation hours.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, staffing, and material requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the planning process.
• Address customer questions and confirm that project expectations are clearly understood.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to the sales, operations, and installation teams.
• Identify potential venue or installation challenges and develop solutions before event day.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including measurements, site notes, and installation details.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring each job is properly prepared for execution.
