THE TEAM is seeking an Event Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events across Print, Fabrication, and Technology divisions. You will work with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier project tracking, collaboration, and operational excellence.

You will lead on-site logistics, define milestones, manage timelines, and foster cross-department collaboration to deliver complex, high-impact events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of leadership in event management.
• 5–7 years in a managerial role with cross-functional oversight.
• 5–7 years of cross-functional project/program management experience.
• 5–7 years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Proven leadership in sizeable event projects with stakeholder management.
• Advanced understanding of change management.
• Exceptional communication abilities influencing decisions at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of large-scale event execution, on-time and on-budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, roles, and objectives.
• Manage on-site logistics, setup, and event flow for seamless attendee experiences.
• Assign and manage work across internal and external teams.
• Unify efforts across Sales, Execution, Operations, and Finance.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and drive integration.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Exceed client expectations through proactive management and communication.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards; lead post-event reviews.
• Travel extensively for site surveys, installations, client meetings, and event oversight.
