Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Austin, TX is seeking an Event Services Supervisor to oversee floor operations, including setup, tech support, and post-event teardown, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will supervise labor, communicate with clients, manage equipment inventory, ensure safety, and collaborate with hotel partners to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and coordinate setup and strikes.
• Strong communication with clients, guests, and staff to ensure events run smoothly.
• Proactive in maintaining safety and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor per Pinnacle Live standards.
• Greet guests and provide clear operating instructions for equipment.
• Maintain accurate client event information in billing systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and equipment is in good working order.
• Report lost, stolen or damaged gear immediately.
• Keep company spaces clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
