Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, and ongoing event execution in a hotel or hospitality setting. You will deliver unmatched guest service while assisting with equipment operation and coordination.

The role emphasizes technical growth in audio, video, data, staging, and networking, with a focus on safety, inventory control, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations and equipment setup for events.
• Greet guests and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information and assist with invoicing.
• Support teardown and ensure inventory is secure and well maintained.
