Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Supervisor to oversee floor operations at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. You will supervise labor, coordinate equipment setup and teardown, and ensure exceptional client service for events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to ensure setups and strikes meet standards.
• Ensure clear daily shift communication and complete log information.
• Greet guests/clients and provide operation instructions for equipment.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure event success.
• Monitor inventory and ensure equipment security and safety compliance.
• Update and improve technical skills; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Document client event details in billing/event order system; review invoices.
