Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Austin is seeking an Event Services Supervisor to oversee floor operations, including setup, removal and operation of AV equipment in a hotel environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

You will supervise union and non-union labor, coordinate communications, manage inventory and safety, and work with clients to ensure events run smoothly from initial briefing to final invoice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to ensure setups and strikes meet Pinnacle Live’s standards.
• Ensure clear communication of daily expectations for AM/PM shifts and log completeness.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instructions on operating equipment.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure event success.
• Update and improve technical skills to stay current.
