BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Supervisor at Ryan Field in Evanston to lead security teams and ensure attendee safety. You will monitor activity, coordinate with event staff, and uphold BEST standards.

This part-time role requires open availability across day, evening, night and weekend shifts. You will report on-site, enforce procedures, and deliver incident reports to maintain a secure environment.

Formación

• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).
• Age 21+ as required by law or contract.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, survey the area, and report activity on site.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Read and write detailed incident reports.
• Lead and supervise security personnel on events.
