Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a friendly Guest Experience team member in Evanston, IL (Ryan Field, Northwestern University) to greet guests, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming event environment.

You'll support event setup, monitor access, assist attendees, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operation. Prior customer service is a plus; 18+ required; evening/weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage as needed.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and attendee directions.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Help manage crowd flow and entry/exit points.
• Respond to security incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Resolve attendee concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Represent BEST Crowd Management with professionalism and teamwork.
• Support operations with flexibility and readiness to help.
