They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage their pipelines, and support team success through virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of guest events. Your role is to make the booking, planning, and partying process easy and fun so clients return repeatedly.

Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as an Event Sales Representative.

  • Develop your IQ & Book It
  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of our venues and event options, and relay them effectively to clients across multiple locations.
  • Understand the needs of various event types, including corporate functions, birthday parties, and social events.
  • Hit Those Numbers
  • Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.
  • Stay on Point
  • Organize your client contacts and manage multiple venues efficiently.
  • Guide the Guest
  • Assist clients in planning their events and coordinate details until the event day.
  • Maintain relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.
  • Flexibility Is Key
  • Be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
  • Be Camera Ready
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, fostering team camaraderie from home.

The pay rate for this position is $24.04/hour plus a 2% commission.
