THE ROLE

We seek a highly motivated Full-Cycle Sales Representative to prospect, pitch, and close new business. This hybrid role combines the hustle of an SDR with the finesse of a Closer. You will drive revenue end-to-end—generating leads, qualifying prospects, leading sales conversations, and signing clients.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and aims to exceed targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source and generate qualified leads via outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects promptly
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, follow-up, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Lead discovery and strategy calls with potential clients
  • Understand client needs, pitch tailored solutions, and communicate PFG’s value
  • Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams on messaging and outreach
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in an agency, service-based, or CPG environment
  • Proven success in closing deals and hitting targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, lead qualification, and persuasive sales conversations
  • Organized with pipeline management and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter capable of thriving remotely
  • Bonus: Experience selling PR, marketing, branding, or agency services
