Job Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative – Enterprise to join our expanding team, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This is a territory-specific, work-from-home role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, Enterprise.

Your responsibilities include attracting new clients, expanding existing accounts, and maximizing sales profitability within your territory. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key duties include:

  1. Promoting our services, products, and capabilities across multiple product lines.
  2. Identifying customer needs, creating solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  3. Providing accurate sales reporting and feedback.
  4. Recognizing new business opportunities and maintaining competitive knowledge.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  6. Developing new accounts and revitalizing previous accounts.
  7. Delivering media presentations to prospective clients using PowerPoint.
  8. Tracking all sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience.
  • Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
  • Energetic, positive, professional, and articulate attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of field sales experience.
