Topgolf is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive guest experiences from inquiry through post-event follow-up. You will partner with the Event Sales Director to maintain a fun, high-performance team environment and ensure flawless event execution with Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, a preferred undergraduate degree, and solid CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor is essential for success in a dynamic venue.

• 5+ years of sales experience; industry experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM programs.
• Proficient in coaching techniques and training of junior team members.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
