Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Event Sales Director to own a high-volume book of business, lead a team of Sales Admins, and drive revenue across multiple venues with a relentless focus on guest experience.

You will balance personal selling with team leadership, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure accurate event details, payments, and BEOs while traveling weekly between venues. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive sales with leadership of direct reports.
• Experience in hospitality sales or events.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business and drive revenue across venues.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with outbound outreach.
• Develop and lead Sales Admins and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate site tours and client touchpoints to close deals.
• Monitor performance metrics and forecast accurately.
