Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking an Sales Event Coordinator in Greenville to help plan birthday and group events, selling and coordinating packages with guests and partners. You will input sales data, follow up on tasks, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed targets.

The role requires prior sales experience, strong guest focus, teamwork, relationship-building, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Relationship-building is very important.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems; create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties; uphold cleanliness and safety.
