Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Sales Coordinator at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. This role supports the Venue Director and Sales Director by driving assigned leads through the sales funnel and delivering high-quality proposals and contracts for AV services.

You will collaborate with hotel sales teams, manage scopes of work, and use Pinnacle Live’s CRM to track activity and progress. Production and staging experience are a plus, and strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a customer service facing role; prior sales experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms; ability to generate insights into sales activity and progress.
• Production and staging experience is preferred; scenic and décor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist venue sales leaders with sales support and lead generation.
• Create and revise scopes of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts for AV services.
• Follow the company sales process including prequalification, quotes, pricing, and follow-up.
• Build knowledge of Pinnacle Live products and provide resources to hotel leads.
• Enter client information into the CRM and drive a defined sales strategy.
