Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Sales Coordinator at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX to assist the Venue Director and Sales Director in driving sales efforts. You will help move leads through the funnel and generate scopes of work for assigned leads, coordinating with in-venue teams.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, contracts, and proposals, and using our proprietary sales process for prequalification, pricing, and follow-up, while building strong relationships with hotel teams and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service facing role; hotel/sales experience preferred.
• CRM proficiency; ability to generate insights into sales activity.
• Production/staging and décor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Leader with sales support and hotel sales team liaison.
• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow company sales process including prequalification, quotes, and follow-up.
• Develop understanding of Pinnacle Live products and offerings.
