Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Venue Logistics Manager at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. You will lead pre-planning, logistics, resource allocation, budgeting, and site management for large-scale events, and may fill Show Operator roles when needed.

You will collaborate with venue teams and production resources, train technicians, source labor, and create detailed production schedules while optimizing in-house resources to control costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or industry-equivalent experience.
• 3 years of Technical Production experience.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and 3D drawings.
• Vectorworks proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production-level events per Pinnacle Live standards.
• Serve as on-site planning contact for event execution.
• Identify and train Event Services Technicians and Senior Technicians for show operations.
• Maintain relationships with labor brokers and subrental vendors.
• Create detailed production schedules and cadence of deliverables.
• Assist in obtaining quotes from sub-rental vendors.
• Prepare and implement project budgets including pre-event estimates and post-event actuals.
• Source equipment and staffing with a focus on in-house resources to reduce costs.
• Generate CAD files to demonstrate production scale (staging, lighting, projection, audio).
• Calculate power consumption and coordinate with Power Services.
• Assist with Rigging Services requests on events.
• Manage in-house and contractor labor for large productions.
