Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks an Event Services Supervisor to lead floor operations for hotel-based events at the Hilton Anatole. You will oversee setup, operation, and teardown of AV gear, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes coordinating with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and service standards. The position requires strong planning, communication, and team leadership in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior experience in AV and/or hospitality.
• 2 years advanced AV experience in a live event environment.
• Computer proficiency in relevant AV software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations and coordinate setup, maintenance, and strike.
• Greet clients and provide clear operating instructions for equipment.
• Ensure daily log information is complete and communicated to shifts.
• Maintain inventory, security, and safe handling of gear.
• Communicate with clients to ensure successful events and follow up on requests.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures for add-ons.
• Ensure clean, organized work areas and compliance with safety standards.
