Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Network Services Manager for the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. You will lead the venue-based networking team, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and client service for networking solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid networking knowledge including VLANs, VPNs, and TCP/IP. You will coordinate with hotel sales and operations, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event technology or hospitality management
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of network concepts and security basics

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for venue networking with top-level customer service.
• Train and develop the networking team per SOPs.
• Interface with clients and hotel sales to describe networking capabilities.
• Oversee installation, configuration and testing of network equipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for client networking needs.
• Manage inventory and documentation of on-site networking changes
