Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Network Services Technician at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. You will manage venue‑based networking products, configure and maintain equipment, and handle networking inquiries while supporting AV activities on the floor.

This role blends network responsibilities with hands‑on AV service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Strong communication and technical skills are required, along with basic TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years exposure to AV/hospitality preferred.
• General computer proficiency; willingness to learn new platforms.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications with clients and stakeholders regarding networking experience while providing best‑in‑class customer service.
• Coordinate installation, configuration and testing of networked equipment (temporary or permanent).
• Assist with network design and architect temporary circuits or wireless networks per client specs.
• Troubleshoot networking and AV equipment, including client laptops.
• Support and participate in AV activities during sets and strikes; maintain storeroom and inventory.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
