Main Event Entertainment in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and event experiences. You will partner with guests to create a tailored and memorable FUN experience, from packages to add-ons, by using our CRM and sales tools.

Daily duties include selling and scheduling events, inputting guest data, and supporting marketing efforts to boost walk-in and event sales while maintaining our safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset with teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM; ability to communicate with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand event packages and add-ons; plan birthday and group events.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information; create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed birthday and event sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales and attend weekly meetings.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties and uphold cleanliness and safety.
