Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years culinary experience in a high-volume venue.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and schedules.
• Execute various cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking).
• Maintain quality, portioning, and presentation to standards.
• Follow HACCP and sanitation requirements; ensure food safety.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and stock management.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
