Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center in Dallas is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, event-based part-time Lower-Bowl Line Cook to support our concessions kitchens and deliver high-quality dishes for premium guests.

The role requires cooking across methods, strict food safety, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred or obtainable within timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, knife skills, and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality items per recipes, schedules, and presentation standards.
• Cook using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking, and finishing techniques.
• Maintain sanitation, proper portioning, and presentation; ensure food safety and temperatures.
