Levy at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a passionate Action Station Cook to prepare and serve made-to-order dishes at live action stations during events. You will engage with guests and maintain quality in a fast-paced arena environment.

This part-time role requires evenings and weekends; prior stadium or event-venue experience is a plus. Join a team delivering memorable hospitality experiences at major events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience in high-volume settings.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying, and roasting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, made-to-order items at live buffet action stations.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests while cooking and serving.
• Ensure consistent portioning, presentation, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of action stations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and culinary leadership to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support the culinary team with prep work and kitchen tasks as needed.
