Job summary

Encore Global in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Operations Supervisor who will lead the floor operations, supervise the technical team, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting onsite administration and staff development.

You will ensure timely setup and teardown of equipment, mentor technicians, manage event technology, and uphold Encore standards across service quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technician workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and communications for events are coordinated.
• Provide excellent service and uphold Encore’s standards with clients on site.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore’s service standards.
• Lead setup, operation and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment; troubleshoot issues.
