Job summary

Encore in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, manage the technical team and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves onsite event support, staff development and adherence to Encore standards to deliver seamless experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment setup and teardown, troubleshooting AV issues, and training technicians while maintaining safety and security protocols. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must complete training/certifications within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet Encore’s training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor activities to set up, refresh and remove equipment on schedule.
• Direct technicians and suggest operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Maintain flowsheets and coordinate event communications.
• Meet guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Provide training and mentoring to new technicians; model Encore standards.
