Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audiovisual experience required.
• External applicants must complete all training within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore’s program and policies.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications for events are established.
• Leads and mentors technicians on standards and service expectations.
