Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development at our Washington, DC location. You will directly manage the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and participate in location administrative duties as needed.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily events, supervising technicians, training staff on Encore’s service and operational standards, and overseeing AV setup,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.
• External applicants must meet/train within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore’s program.

Responsabilités

• Organizes daily floor activities for equipment setup, refresh, and removal.
• Directs technician workflow and suggests operational efficiencies.
• Attends venue meetings and coordinates with venue management.
• Maintains service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Assists in training technicians and mentoring new hires.
• Oversees AV setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensures security and safety of equipment and participates in inventory.
