Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training/certification requirements within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet internal training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and equipment setup/teardown.
• Direct technicians and support management for operational efficiencies.
• Lead training for technicians on floor activities and standards.
• Manage equipment security, storage, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with venue meetings and event communications.
