Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of technical theory.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirement may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely set up, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and assists management with suggestions for operational efficiencies.
• Ensures workflows are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore’s Service Standards.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Meets with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day.
• Assists in training technicians on floor activities and Encore’s standards.
• Mentors new hires and reinforces a positive working environment.
