From initial inquiry through post-event review, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, menus, and on-site execution, while ensuring clear communication and profitability across 8–15 simultaneous events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event management experience, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Strong project management with the ability to handle 8–15 simultaneous events.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Experience with event management software and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with a talent for anticipating potential issues before they arise.
• Willingness to be on-site at events when needed, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Develop event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and rental companies on logistics.
• Work with the culinary team to finalize menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Communicate proactively with clients to set expectations and confirm details.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Attend site visits and venue walkthroughs as needed.
• Prepare post-event summaries and incorporate client feedback.
